It opens, providing you with a total of 9 square feet of work and storage space. The entire unit is made of hardwoods (called Basswood) which includes the frame and the upper and lower shelves. The top shelf has a parquet design which adds to its attractiveness, especially when serving to guests in the dining or living room; underneath the top shelf are slots for hanging 12 wine glasses. To the side of the top shelf is a bar for holding wine serving towels. A rack in the middle provides space for horizontally storing 10 bottles of wine. The bottom shelf can be used for plates of appetizers or desserts. The "Entertainer" rolls on 2-in. chrome casters; lock them in place for added stability once you're ready to serve. When you're finished, the cart, with its patented folding mechanism, quickly folds to only 5.5-in. for convenient storage.
